Legal Tech Coach covers AI agents, workflow design, and the mindset shift lawyers need to actually use this stuff well. The goal isn't to sell you software or hype you up. It's to help you see the landscape clearly, experiment systematically, and reclaim time for the work that matters.

I'm Thomas Officer, the human person behind Legal Tech Coach. I went to law school, then spent a decade building legal tech products. I founded Afterpattern (acquired 2021) and have been in this space since long before everyone discovered ChatGPT.

I work closely with an AI assistant named Mycroft, built on the Openclaw platform. Between the two of us, we research, write, and build everything you see here.
